The sweetest distraction one could ever ask for ;) l Child Photographer l Atlanta, GA

In case you missed it in my earlier ramblings, I’m happy to say I’m officially an Atlantan again! Woot woot!  These first few weeks here have been completely insane… between trying to catch up on editing all of the weddings from this summer, revamp my business, recent family session edits, and shooting, I’ve barely left my work cave and have the seat sores to prove it! ha  :)  But…you know what that means…..Posts are a -comin’!

Ah, but I digress. I have to say, it’s been so neat getting reacquainted with this city after having been gone for the last 7 years. Seriously, I didn’t remember Atlanta being so wonderfully homey and charming! And my GOSH is everyone so stinking SWEET!  I’m seriously amazed by it…whether at the grocery store, gas station, car wash, DMV (Dude, I just said DMVVVVVVV!) doesn’t matter, sweet as pie (or tea, if you will). Perhaps there’s something to all that sweet tea after all! Whatever it is, rest assured, I’ll be having some, thank you!  *raises glass * : )  

Anyway, beyond the charm, it is so gloriously wonderful to be near my family and friends (even though I haven’t gotten to see many of you yet because of being buried in work, it feels good just knowing you’re close)!  Sufice it to say, I’m feeling pretty thankful all around…God is so good and always, always comes through -and then some! Which brings my to the reason for this post….the little angel I’m so blessed to be living with at the moment, sweet Eden : ) Jen and Mario (Eden’s parents, my dear longtime friends) have been so amazingly generous and supportive of me and my move back and among other things are letting me stay with them while I look for a place. I have to say, it has been such an absolute treat to not only spend some great time with them, but to get to see their little one grow -which is literally DAILY I tell you! Such a blessing to be a part of her life…although continuously find myself having to hold my butt in the chair not to grab my camera every other second! Seriously people! How can I get any work done with this sweet face around!?! And then she goes and puts on this outfit today??…Come ON!! : ) Resistance- GONE, Editing immediately on hold, Marky Mark out to capture the greatness. Oh lil’ Eden, you’re going to steal so many hearts…uhm wait, you already have ; )
